The work of the Association is carried out by a number of contractors who know the Manor Lands well, supplemented from time-to-time by specialists. All work is directed and over-seen by a Council of volunteers and appointed representatives of the London Borough of Barnet. The TMA is financed entirely by a combination of wayleaves (for granting access across TMA land), membership fees and private donations.
Welcome to the Totteridge Manor Association.
The Association was established in 1954 via the transfer of the ownership, rights and responsibilities attached to the common lands belonging to the Manor of Totteridge with the specific charitable objectives of "maintaining and preserving the common lands formerly held by the lord of the manor of Totteridge, and the rural amenities attached thereto, for the benefit of the residents of Totteridge and neighbouring districts and visitors"
